Henry Cheng

Mr Henry Cheng has over 35 years of experience in international business, resources, insurance, investment, finance, and banking. A National Taiwan University graduate, he holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business (International Finance).

Mr Cheng is the Executive Chairman of Formosa Group Australia, Formosa Resources, and Arizona Global Transaction Management Services. Previous roles included Managing Director of Manulife Insurance, General Manager of Halifax, and Director of the Australian Patients Association (APA).

Dr Maurice Fabiani

Dr Maurice Fabiani is a senior management and board executive with over 30 years of experience in international business and health sciences. This includes senior roles in business, academia, the biomedical/biotechnology industry and the not-for-profit sector. Dr Fabiani holds a PhD (Medicine/Pharmacology) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA (Finance and Strategy) from the Melbourne Business School. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Fabiani is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Formosa Group Australia. His previous roles include CEO and Managing Director of biotechnology companies and a Founding Director and Chairman of the Australian Patients Association (APA).

Mr Allen is a highly successful businessman, entrepreneur and investor with over 40 years of experience in building and operating businesses in global trading, transport and logistics, construction, retail, hospitality, property development and investment.

Mr Allen is currently Managing Director of Formosa Group Australia Pty Ltd. He was previously Managing Director of Alenco Pty Ltd and Noirot Pty Ltd.
